Our section is comprised of 8 1/2 counties in southcentral Pennsylvania -- all of Franklin, Adams, York, Lancaster, Cumberland, Perry, Dauphin, and Lebanon Counties - plus the western half of Berks County (west of the Schuylkill River).
Ripul Ghosh is a scientist at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (Chandigarh, India) working in the area of computational instrumentation. His research focuses on designing seismic and acoustic sensing-based early warning systems using signal processing and machine intelligence for various applications. He has a bachelor’s of technology in instrumentation and control engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in advanced instrumentation engineering from the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research.

Sudhanshu Goel is a senior research fellow at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (Chandigarh, India). His work involves developing infrared-based monitoring methods for electric motors and modeling thermal dependencies of transformer failures and infrared thermography-based defense solutions.
