Janet Zoldan

Dr. Zoldan received her BSc degree in chemistry from the Hebrew University, and then pursued her master’s degree and doctorate in the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Department of Materials Engineering, specializing in polymer science. For her postdoctoral training, she joined Dr. Robert Langer’s lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In the Langer lab, she focused on nucleic acid delivery to human embryonic stem cells and protein microfluidic delivery. Dr. Rong Fan is Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University. Andre Palmer

Professor Palmer’s research interests encompass the development of novel hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers for a variety of applications in transfusion medicine and tissue engineering. His lab is also developing non-heme based plasma substitutes, red blood cell storage solutions and monocyte/macrophage targeted drug delivery systems.
