Kelvin H. Lee

Kelvin H. Lee is Gore Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Delaware and is Director of NIIMBL: the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals, one of 16 Manufacturing USA Institutes. He previously served as Director of the Delaware Biotechnology Institute. He received a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton and PhD in Chemical Engineering from Caltech. Timothy Charlebois

Tim Charlebois is a Senior Fellow at NIIMBL and serves as an advisor to biopharma and biotech companies on a consulting basis. He retired from Pfizer after a 30-year career with the company including legacy companies Wyeth and Genetics Institute, where his experience focused on drug substance process development and support for biopharmaceutical products. Hanne Bak
