Kelly A. Dobos is a consultant cosmetic chemist and adjunct professor of cosmetic science at the University of Cincinnati. Kelly has over 20 years of expertise in developing both skin care and color cosmetic formulations working for notable companies like Bonne Bell, Purell, and Kao USA.
