Ohio Valley Section Bylaws

The bylaws for the Ohio Vally Section were last revised in 1996. As part of the reboot of the section, the Executive Committee is proposing a revision of the bylaws with the goals of streamlining operations and maintaining consistency with the bylaws of AIChE. The members of the section will need to vote on the revised bylaws, after which they will need to be reviewed and approved by AIChE's Local Sections Committee.
