Tuncay Baubec



Tuncay Baubec is Professor of Genome Biology and Epigenetics at Utrecht University. He studied genetics at the University of Vienna and obtained his PhD at the Gregor Mendel Institute in Vienna. For his postdoctoral research, he moved to the Friedrich Miescher Institute in Basel where he studied readers and writers of DNA methylation. In 2015, Tuncay started his own research group at the University of Zurich, investigating how proteins can recognize epigenetic modifications in DNA. Gabriella Ficz is a Principal Investigator and Reader at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University London. She studied Biochemistry, as an undergraduate in Romania, and completed her PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, Germany at the International MSc/PhD Research School in Molecular Biology, with Prof Donna Arndt-Jovin. Kimberly Glass



Kimberly Glass is an expert in complex networks and genomic data analysis. She obtained her PhD in Physics in 2010 from the University of Maryland. From 2010-2014, Dr. Glass was a postdoctoral fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where she received training in computational biology.
