This session will present 3 papers that describe methods and practices to improve process safety performance. Presentations describe one company’s initiative to involve all its workers in extensive process and plant safety culture training, a structure approach to prevent recurring problems in culture, and how audits can be used to improve safety culture by measuring regulation gaps and impacts
