Meeting Dates and Times

TSC Meeting Day 1: (Meeting will be a full-day event)

• 7:00 am - 8:00 am Breakfast

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Meeting 

• 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm Cocktail Hour and Dinner 

TSC Meeting Day 2: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (CT)

• 7:00 am - 8:00 am Breakfast
• 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Meeting 

Hotel Room rates will be $139 per night through the Houston Marriott Westchase:

• Room Reservation Start Date: Tuesday, November 7, 2023
• Room Reservation End Date: Friday, November 10, 2023
• Early Bird Cut off for Hotel Reservation: Tuesday, October 17, 2023
