As a parody on engineer/manager communication pitfalls that impact engineering productivity of electronics chip design, this video presents a humorous rendition of what goes on at "WonderChips". The video was originally aired at the DAC 2007 Productivity Impact Luncheon, sponsored by FSA and EDA Consortium, themed "Changing the Dialogue Between Engineers and Managers".
Also discussed at the event was an MIT paper entitled "Nobody Ever Gets Credit for Fixing Problems That Never Happened: Creating and Sustaining Process Improvement". Courtesy of Youtuber kkranen.
