The Young Professionals Networking Mixer for AIChE's 2011 Annual Meeting took place on Monday night at a great local Minneapolis pub called The Local. It was organized by this month's Featured Young Professional and YPAB member Brian Daly, and AIChE YP membership professional Arjun Gopalratnam. Here's some information on the history of The Local, which had an interesting ambiance and great private rooms--although a little dark for a photographer!

This was a great event. As the crowd overflowed our designated area and there were still people arriving when I left it looked to be a great success. Congrats to all that were involved with putting this together!
