This year's annual meeting in Pittsburgh is fast approaching and promises to be an educational six-day forum for innovative research, emerging technologies, professional development, and peer networking.
Attendees can choose between 842 sessions (with 5,876 accepted abstracts) and attend lectures from leading researchers and engineers from both industry and academia. The meeting also features nine topical conferences, two congresses (3rd International Congress on Energy [ICE], and 2nd World Congress on Sustainable Engineering [WCSE]), and a co-located AIChE-A&WMA joint workshop.
The majority of the programming will be held in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Pharmaceutical and biological-related programming, as well as international programming, will be held in the adjacent Westin Convention Center hotel. The Particle Technology Forum, North American Mixing Forum, and Process Development Division sessions are being held a few blocks away at the Omni William Penn Hotel.
