To determine which teams would compete in the final round for the title of 2015 ChemE Jeopardy champion, all competing teams battled it out in three separate groups:

- Georgia Institute of Technology (Southern Region), University of Rhode Island (Northeast Region), and University of Minnesota – Twin Cities (North Central Region)
