Ron discusses "mega projects" which are those representing expenditures of $1 billion or more. In particular, he talks about the management of these large projects and the use of technology to build efficiency, not work against it. He also shares advice for young chemical engineers entering the field.
Ron spoke at the 2016 Ethylene Producers' Committee Conference, which was part of the 2016 AIChE Spring Meeting in Houston.
