This month's video tutorial from LearnChemE's series of screencasts introduces radial convective heat transfer. It looks at three different correlations (Hilpert, Zukauskas, Churchill-Bernstein, and Whitaker) for cylinders in cross flow as well as one for a sphere in cross flow. The tutorial looks at the advantages and disadvantages of each.
