Paul Collins is currently a Vice President and Senior Research Fellow for Bioproduct R&D at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis. In his current role, Paul has responsibility for defining future technologies and development approaches for molecules associated with genetic medicine, as well as drug delivery of these entities. Paul has a long history in technology development across several areas of his company. He has worked in Bioproduct Development, Synthetic Technology Development, Synthetic Process Development, and Device and Drug Delivery.
Outside of Lilly, Paul has been heavily involved with AIChE’s Pharmaceutical Division over the past decade, shaping future programming directions as well as chairing the new pharmaceutical forum in 2015 and 2016.
