Chris Helbling
Chris Helbling is the Director of process systems and reliability solutions for Experitec, Inc. (Email: chris.helbling@experitec.com), where he coaches the sales process and leads a team of sales professionals to assist clients in attaining their operational and business goals. His focus is on driving continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and enhancing customer relations through applied planning, agile performance management, team building, innovative technologies, and business intelligence. He has experience in sales management, strategic account management, and front-line employee development. Helbling has a BS in psychology from Rhodes College with a focus on manufacturing and industrial control. He is also an active member of several trade organizations, including the Strategic Account Management Association, the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, and the International Society of Automation.
