Request an Entity Website

Please complete the following request form in order to request an AIChE entity website. Once you have completed it, allow 72 hours for your AIChE staff liaison to confirm your request. The AIChE web team will then begin working on your site and provide instructions for you to begin using it.

Note: If you are logged in, you will be able to save this form and return to it.

Note, if you want to request more than one community website, you must submit the form again.
Note: you will be able to add additional community webmasters after the initial set up of your site. This field is for the name of the person who will be primarily responsible for your community site.
