New Bylaws approved April 11, 2023
Eighteen (18) "Yes" votes were recorded in an online voting system. These were and reviewed at a special called meeting held on April 11, 2023 at Hampton Station in Greenville SC.
One mail in vote, also in favor of the changes was received by the deadline and entered into the tally.
There were no "No" votes were received.
Standing bylaws required 2/3 in favor vote by voting members in good standing.
Passage was unanimous and elections for 2023-2024 will be held in accordance with the new by-laws.

2023 New Bylaws
New by-laws were drafted based on the national chapter template. This effort was led by this year's vice chairman James Young and long-time member and expert editor Bonnie McCourtie.
The document was then reviewed, revised and approved by the executive meeting in a series of meetings with a detailed review on March 7, 2023.
This is the product of those discussions and they are posted for member' review and comment.
Once the review process has been complete and accepted they will replace the old by-laws in entirety.

Who qualifies? - The scholarship is open to all Clemson ChBE students who will be graduating between August 2021 and May 2022.
