New by-laws were drafted based on the national chapter template. This effort was led by this year's vice chairman James Young and long-time member and expert editor Bonnie McCourtie.
The document was then reviewed, revised and approved by the executive meeting in a series of meetings with a detailed review on March 7, 2023.
This is the product of those discussions and they awe posted for member review and comment t.hrough March 28.
Members in good standing are asked to vote using the on-line Proxy Voting Form.
They may also vote in person at the special called meeting on April 11, 2023.
