Polymer composites are widely used in many fields for their better fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and better deformability. In the research, polypropylene (PP) powder is firstly coated by carbon black in the particles composite system (PCS), forming core-shell composite particles. Then, by heat-pressing molding, inter-penetration network (IPN) thermal-conducting composites are prepared. The relations between composites properties and technological parameters, especially filling ratio and coupling agent, are discussed. And, using Y.Agari Model, the thermal-conducting mechanism of IPN system is simulated. Results indicate that the IPN thermal-conducting composites could be well prepared by PCS and heat-pressing molding. The form of IPN could greatly reduce the content of filler, which has no effect on the properties. So, the thermal-conducting composites with lower filling ratio but better properties could be prepared successfully.
