Note: This session is a free short course. No papers will be accepted. This session consists of two short courses. The first course will explore Performance Based Management concepts and implementation approaches for effective project execution. The second session will provide attendees with a foundation in the Intergovernmental Data Quality Framework (Methods Innovation Rule and Uniform Federal Policy) and how data quality is maintained during performance based efforts.
