Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) continues to be a powerful and popular tool for assessing risk. This session solicits papers focusing on applied principles of Layer of Protection Analysis. A special consideration will be given to papers that focus on actual plant experiences with LOPA implementations, both positive and negative.
