Invited Talk: The Alphabet Soup of Singapore Food Safety Research - A*STAR, IFCS, FRESH and SIFBI

My talk will give a brief overview of some of the current and developing programmes within Singapore aimed at supporting food safety research. Particular focus will be on the A*STAR Innovations in Food and Chemical Safety (IFCS) Programme and examples of different projects we are working on related to the assessment of food ingredients. I will also briefly introduce the joint A*STAR, SFA and NTU platform FRESH, the Future Ready Food Safety Hub, and some of the future opportunities in Singapore linked to both programmes
