The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is now accepting nominations for the 2015 Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Awards, including the new climate change category. The Specific Environmental Benefit Award will be for a technology in any of the three focus areas that reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
The nominations deadline is December 31, 2014. You can self-nominate or nominate others. Click here for details on the nomination process or visit the Green Chemistry Program website for more information on the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge, including details about previous winners.
Winners of the 2015 awards will be announced July 13, 2015.
