Akhilesh Pal

Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Pal is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Bioproducts Discovery & Development Center, Department of Plant Agriculture at the University of Guelph. His current research emphasizes the development of novel sustainable composites and their processing and utilization in various applications. He has authored 23 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and 03 book chapters to date. He received his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. He received Gandhian Young Technological Innovation Award from Society for Research and Initiatives for Sustainable Technologies and Institutions. He also received a national award from Technology Innovation in Petrochemicals and Downstream Plastics Processing Industry in India.
