Ana Alejandra Barrera Jiménez

Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the University of Ghent in the BIOMATH group and I am also part of the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Process Analytical Technology (LPPAT) as a researcher. I am working on the development of PBM models for pharmaceutical industries. I have a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Los Andes (Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia) and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of America (Universidad de America, Colombia). As you probably realize, yes, I am from the beautiful country Colombia. And apart from my current field of expertise, I also have experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, experience in wastewater treatment and teaching.
