Andrea Dillon, Senior Production Engineer at Dow, graduated from UT-Austin with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2017. In her role at Dow, Andrea is continuously working on plant optimization, implementing more sustainable operations and identifying personal and process safety improvement opportunities. During Andrea's free time she enjoys travelling, trying new bars & restaurants in Houston and teaching her puppy (Tito) tricks!
