Dr. Lucero is adaptable hands-on chemical engineer with over twenty years experience in process development including lab, bench, and pilot scale research. He is a technical problem solver with extensive expertise and experience commissioning, operating, troubleshooting, improving, and evaluating a variety of biofuel and bioenergy technology pilot plants, as well as project management and safety (HAZOP) responsibilities. Broad technical experience includes applied catalysis, gasification, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, an mixed alcohol synthesis, as well as a variety of separation processes.
