Ayinoluwa Abegunde

Ayinoluwa (Ayin) Abegunde is a senior at Northwestern University, majoring in Chemical Engineering. She is passionate about the intersection of science and art and is pursuing a career in the afro-textured hair industry. Through her career in personal care, she wants to show women of color that they can pursue a career in STEM while being interested in what they are learning about as many already interact with skin and hair care products daily. As part of showing this, she pushes for creating spaces for them to thrive, including in classes at college.
