Bo Wang
Bo Wang obtained his Bachelor's degree in energy engineering from Zhejiang University (2012), Master degree in sustainable energy engineering from Eindhoven University and Technology (TUE) and Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) (2015), and Ph.D. degree in solar energy engineering from the Australian National University (2021). He currently works as a postdoctoral research fellow at the National University of Singapore. His research interests include in thermal and chemical sciences in the context of high-temperature solar thermochemical processes. His expertise lies in (1) solar thermochemical reactor design, testing, and optimization; and (2) numerical simulation of radiative-participating reactive multiphase flows. He is keen on applying his knowledge to industrial processes such as solar thermochemical energy storage, hydrogen production, and carbon capture. He is a reviewer for a few international journals including Energy Conversion and Management and Solar Energy. He served as a session chair at the AIChE Solar Energy Systems Conference (2022).
