Brenno C. Menezes is an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) expert in the oil refining industry. He holds a Bachelor’s, a Master’s degree and a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a doctoral stage of 16 months at Carnegie Mellon University with supervision of prof. Ignacio E. Grossmann. He had been working in PETROBRAS for 10 years implementing planning and scheduling optimization as well as rigorous simulation in its 12 refineries.
