Bruce K. Vaughen

Dr. Bruce K. Vaughen has over twenty years of experience developing, integrating and applying the elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) to ensure the safety, health and welfare of personnel managing, operating and maintaining hazardous processes and equipment. He has led global process safety risk reduction efforts at facilities located in the United States, Wales, Germany and China. Bruce’s PSM-related efforts include leading Process Hazards Analyses (PHAs), auditing facilities, upgrading existing PSM systems and developing new PSM element-specific programs and training.
