Catalina Novoa-Herran

Catalina holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National University of Colombia and a Process Safety Certification from Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center of Texas A&M University. Catalina works as Process Safety Engineer in PSRG, Houston, TX and has over 10 years’ experience in process safety and process engineering design in consulting projects for the Oil & Gas, Chemical Process, Manufacturing, and Food Processing industries. She is auditor leader for OSHA PSM/EPA RMP and Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) management framework compliance audits, facilitator for PHA studies, and is experienced in design and revalidation of overpressure protection systems. Catalina is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is responsible for projects in U.S. and Latin America region. She is a Senior member of AIChE/CCPS.
