Chelsea Miller

Chelsea Miller, Human & Organizational Performance Advisor, Chevron Chelsea received a B.A. in International Business and French from the Ohio State University in 2005. She received a M.S. in Health, Environment & Safety from the University of Findlay in 2008 and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah in 2018. In 2005, Chelsea joined Marathon Petroleum Company supporting HES in various roles in logistics, terminals and refining in Ohio and Michigan. In 2012, Chelsea joined Silver Eagle Refining as their Process Safety & Environmental Compliance Manager for refineries located in Utah and Wyoming. In 2014, Chelsea joined Chevron supporting Process Safety for downstream operations. In her current role, Chelsea supports Human & Organizational Performance and Operational Learning for the Enterprise.
