Chris Englebert

Chris Englebert is an Environmental Engineer at SABIC. He manages the air compliance program for SABIC’s Albany, NY area chemical operations and compounding facility ensuring plant operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations. He has been with SABIC for 6 years, starting as an intern and joining the SABIC Early Engineer Development rotation program where he worked at multiple chemicals/plastics manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Chris is also actively involved with university recruiting and enjoys engaging with students about the opportunities within the chemical industry. He was recognized as a 2023 American Chemistry Council Future Leader. In his free time, Chris enjoys running with his wife and friends and watching Formula 1.
