Colin Frazier

Colin is the Senior Manager of System Programs with the American Petroleum Institute in Washington, DC. In this role, Colin manages the Pipeline SMS Third-Party Assessment Program as well as the Process Safety Site Assessment Program (PSSAP). Prior to this role, Colin was a Policy Advisor at API managing all oil spill and emergency response initiatives across the oil and gas industry for member companies. Prior to joining API, Colin worked for BP in their Gulf of Mexico Operations, holding several positions in health, safety and environmental compliance and policy advising. Colin has a Bachelor of Science in environmental science from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University.
