Dan Wilczynski Bio Summary of Experience: • Thirty-five (35) years of industry experience in the nuclear (commercial and government), refining and chemical industries with a focus on process safety. • Served in corporate, facility and consulting roles for major companies including: First Energy, Westinghouse Savannah River (US DOE), Fluor Hanford (US DOE), BP, and Marathon Petroleum. • Served as one of the Directors for BP’s Safety & Operational Risk Audit Group responsible for performing audits of BP’s 100 highest risk facilities. • Served as Marathon Petroleum’s Corporate PSM Coordinator responsible for driving consistency in process safety across all parts of the business. • Helped to develop and implement process safety programs for several companies including directly leading HAZOPs and LOPAs for 20+ years.
