Debby Sielegar, P.E. is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 2007 prior to joining Bechtel OG&C, Inc. While working for Bechtel as a process engineer, she pursued her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston and completed the degree in 2011.
