Deepak Sharma

Deepak Sharma is a Petrochemicals Industry Technical Consultant for Nalco Water - Downstream, based out of Dubai. Deepak is a chemical engineer, with a total experience of over 22 years in downstream applications & troubleshooting. He started his career with heritage Nalco/Exxon in 1997, supporting refinery & petrochemical process application businesses in India & has closely worked with most of the crackers & refineries across the Middle East with various organizations in the past. He has worked closely in the areas of corrosion, fouling, & emulsion breaking at refineries, ethylene plants, & derivatives. He has authored & presented several technical papers and case studies on subjects related to process optimization & chemistries for improving the overall operations in units. He is presently involved with product innovation, automation/digitalization, & global capex for petrochemical business.
