Deepanjan Ghosh

Deepanjan is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering, Arizona State University majoring in Biological Design Engineering. His doctoral research is focused on developing photothermal and immunomodulatory biomaterials for tissue repair and wound healing applications. He received the Baxter Young Investigator Award (2020, II-tier) and has one patent pending for his work. Deepanjan is also the founding member and treasurer of ASU’s Society for Biomaterials (SFB) student chapter. After graduating, his mission is to utilize engineering principles to develop technologies for the improvement of healthcare.
