My name is Dyllan Rives (pronounced Reeves). I received my B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 2015. I am a 5th year Ph.D. candidate in Dr. Mark A. Blenner’s Research Group at Clemson University. I received a GAANN Fellowship in 2019. I have one publication with other publications and my dissertation in progress. I have given one invited lecture on biopolymers. My research interests include protein engineering and therapeutic drug development and delivery. My dissertation work focuses on analyzing stress responses in mammalian cells (primarily CHO cells) during protein production. After graduation, it is my hope to obtain employment in the academic sector.
