15 years of industry experience. In the past, I have worked on projects worth over NPV10 = $500MM, and cost savings projects worth over $200MM. Presently, I am a Project Lead supporting multiple Dow businesses and hold a position of Senior Technology Manager at Dow in Continuous Improvement Fundamental Problem Solving group. I've started my career in Analytical Sciences at Dow as a Research Scientist. With time I moved to different roles and departments and completed countless projects in different Dow businesses encompassing a variety of different chemistries and products. The projects include new product development, process troubleshooting, as well as process optimization efforts. Currently, as a Technical Project Lead, I use Fundamental Problem Solving methodology to diagnose and solve technically challenging process problems that are causing businesses to lose a lot of money.
