Citation name

Saade Saade, E.

Dr. Elizabeth Saade Saade holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Monterrey, Mexico (2006), and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado (2013). She joined Nikola Corporation in 2021 as a Lead Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation engineer in the Hydrogen Storage team. Elizabeth has over 10 years of experience in modeling dynamic systems for clean energy applications. She has authored three journal publications and presented at multiple conferences. In her role at Nikola, Elizabeth focuses on modeling the thermal behavior of compressed-hydrogen tanks during the refueling and defueling processes, either through detailed 3D CFD models or through 1D thermodynamic models. Her work is used in the design of tank components, fueling protocol validation, and to support industry standards and regulations.
