Elliott Lander is the founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer with ATR, leading provider of compliance and procedure technology solutions. Mr. Lander’s 35 years’ experience includes engineering, consulting, sales and operator training. His current focus includes improving procedure usability and effectiveness via technology and human factored solutions, and he initiated the Advanced Procedure Research Study at Texas A&M. He is the creator of SmartProcedures which is being adopted by companies such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, LyondellBasell and Lubrizol improving all aspects of the procedure lifecycle, especially how operators use procedures. Mr. Lander has an M.S. Chemical Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and B.S. Chemistry from College of William and Mary.
