Felicia Lucci
Felicia Lucci is a Technology Manager in Industrial Efficiency and Decarbonization Office at the Department of Energy. She currently manages R&D projects related to decarbonization and energy efficient manufacturing of the chemicals sector. She has technical and policy expertise in optimizing energy for manufacturing while reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Through her work with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, U.S. Senate, and Departments of Energy and State, she has experience across the energy-environmental paradigm. She received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Tufts University and her B.A. in chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College.
