Flavia Carreiro

Mechanical Engineer, Petroleum Engineer and Occupational Safety Engineer with a master's degree in Fluid Mechanics and Aerodynamics from COPPE/UFRJ. Working with project risk management at PETROBRAS and as a pos-graduate lecturer in UCP/IPETEC in the disciplines of reliability engineering, industrial process safety, industrial systems audits, risk analysis tools, oil and gas production systems, and primary oil processing in on-board plants. Currently affiliated to the Brazilian Association of Risk Analysis, Process Safety and Reliability (ABRISCO) and with research activities in the area of risk management, notably in the bow tie methodology.
