Grace Schwarz

Grace (she/her) is from Houston, Texas. Grace received her B.S. in Biotechnology with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Houston in 2017. She served the Third Ward community by leading large-scale volunteer events. Grace continues her passion for community service through Skype a Scientist as well as local STEM outreach. Her research studies the cellular response to dynamic culture conditions, focusing on fibrous environments. She spends her free time desert gardening, shrimp keeping, and taking photos of her cat.
