Hang Dong

I am currently a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Stanford University. I received my Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering in 2019 at Lehigh University. My work to date focuses on designing selective separation processes and materials to mitigate resource scarcity and climate change using ion exchange (IX) and its integration with membrane, biological, and electrochemical processes. My research goal is to design next-generation solutions to address the sustainability challenges of water-food-energy supply and climate change.
