Jack Chosnek

Jack is the President and Principal of KnowledgeOne, a consulting firm in PSM. He has over 37 years of experience in the petrochemical industry working in the chemical, refining, oil and gas, offshore, LNG areas, implementing PSM systems, facilitating PHAs and LOPA/SIL, conducting incident investigations, process safety audits and gap analyses. He has developed software for PHA facilitation and Management of Change (MOC). In the last three years he has been the principal risk engineer in three multi-billion dollar projects, both FEED and EPC. Jack chairs the Technical Advisory Committee of the Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center. He also chairs the PSM at the South Texas Section (STS) of AIChE. He chaired PPSS at the 3rd GCPS. Jack has a BS and MS from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology, and a PhD from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He is the holder of three patents.
