Jeff Bartels

Jeff Bartels, P.E., is a Senior Process Engineer for Burns & McDonnell in the Process & Industrial (P&I) Group in Kansas City, MO. He has worked extensively in many refining units with a focus on Crude Unit and Hydroprocessing unit design. Jeff is a process lead on major projects and is responsible for the entire project life-cycle, from upfront process studies through detailed design and construction. Mr. Bartels holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas and has 19 years of experience in the Refining industry.
